Last Friday's Fieldtrip day was to Art City Day's Carnival. It wasn't actually a "field trip day" as much as it was a "field trip evening!" We waited for Dad to come watch the children waste over $40 on silly rides. You can bet he had a BLAST!!
We did, however, eat the customary scones and rootbeer at the Kawanis Club booth. Funny, that booth used to be run by the 23rd ward, then the Springville Younth City Council, now the Kwanis club. Despite constant management changes, they are still the busiest booth at the Art City Days.

Somehow, we were able to get all children (4) on about 10 rides for a total of 30 tickets. At 2 tickets per ride, that doesn't add up, now does it?? We didn't stop to do the math either...
Here is where Juliana was telling Austin how to run through the gate when the attendant opens it - thus eliminating the need to give him tickets. We got more rides that way! ;)
