It just dawned on me...

I didn't accurately show the picture of Jeff acting like Spiderman... I had cropped that photo - but here is the photo right before he did his Spiderman move.

This rope swing is VERY high. Since I am a terrible estimator, I won't even try to guess the height. But I would dare say it is more than 10 feet. That I would know, because it is about twice of me.! But this swing - maybe 30 feet? Who knows. I didn't go off it! You can't even see the water under Jeff's feet in this picture. Crazy.

New Camera

So, after four years of wanting a new camera, I finally bought it! I LOVE my Nikon D40. I love the pictures, the feel and the colors. Here are some of the photos I took using my camera.

I recently went to get Adalyn' s photos. It went MUCH smoother than the last photo session (see a previous blog - Feb. I think.) We got several cute photos of our cute girl. It was still exhausting, I felt drained afterward. I still wonder, is it really worth it??

Flaming Gorge

The Wright clan had a family reunion this past weekend at Flaming Gorge - one of my favorite places in Utah. The water was warm and beautiful. They have a rope swing that is really fun to watch - I say that because I certainly didn't go off it!

I was so proud of Jake this trip - believe it or not, he actually JUMPED off of a cliff! The same boy who REFUSED to jump off the back of the boat! He climbed up and jumped without even being scared - it was his idea too! Amazing. Obviously we only posted the photos relating to our little family. For the Wrights: I will pass around a CD with plenty of photos to choose from. And I took plenty...

Our Stylin' Girl!

Juliana is ALWAYS into something! I love her personality - I couldn't ask for a better girl! She has officially named herself Ya Ya. Unfortunately, the name has stuck and we all call her that, including her friends in nursery. I just hope you don't receive a wedding invitation (obviously in the future) announcing the marriage of "YA YA!!!" Sounds like she should be French or something!
